How to Order

1. Choose your size and place your order. We’ll contact you through your sign up email address.
2. Send us your design. Reply with a photo, reference image, or custom drawing. Include any tweaks or additional customization you want, such as colors, text, shape, or details you’d like added or removed.
3. Need us to create the artwork? We can create a rug design using your reference photo and instructions. Please allow 1–3 hours for design creation; some designs may be ready in as little as 30 minutes.
4. Review and confirm your design. Once you confirm your design, you have 24 hours to cancel your order and request a refund or make changes, including adding or removing details. Please review everything carefully before this window closes.
5. Allow time for production. After your payment has processed, your custom rug may take approximately 5–7 days, or up to 7–14 days for more detailed or complex designs, to be completed. During production, you can expect photo updates, including a final photo of your finished rug and its packaging before it ships.

Rug Details

• Custom artwork: Personalize your rug with photos, drawings, lettering, and custom graphics.
• Shape options: Round, rectangular, or a custom silhouette that follows your design.
• Material and finish options: Polyester for a classic feel, matte for a smooth, non-reflective appearance, cashmere-style for a soft feel, and shiny for vibrant colors with a slight sheen. Belgian velvet offers a soft, delicate texture.
• Neatly finished edges: Hand-sewn edge binding creates a clean finish and helps improve durability.
• Anti-slip backing: Dotted plastic backing helps reduce sliding and is designed to resist yellowing and cracking.
• Low-profile construction: Approximately 5–10 mm thick, depending on material. Belgian velvet is approximately 6 mm, while polyester is approximately 10 mm. Check your door clearance before choosing placement.
• Approximate weight: Around 1 kg (2.2 lb) for a 100 cm rug, depending on its material and shape.

Available Sizes

60, 80, 100, 120, and 150cm. Round rugs are measured and priced by diameter. Rectangular and custom-shaped rugs are measured and priced by their longest side. The final width depends on your design’s proportions.
